Out with the Old

Our gas grill has seen better days.
Since we live on a hill, the wind can get pretty strong.
Many times the grill has been blown over.
You would think as heavy it is, that would never happen.

Garry make a handle since the other one had broken from a fall.

You can see that the knobs had been pushed in, but they still work.
I had been looking for a smaller grill. One that I could roll in the carport.

After seeing this one at Lowes, I just had to have it.
We didn't get one that was put together, cause we wanted to make
sure that all the screws were installed and tight.  It was a real job!

It's a gas Tru - Infrared Grill cooking system
promises much juicier food and prevents flare-ups.

Porcelain-coated cast-iron cooking grates
with a stainless steel infrared emitter.
I love it !
Have not used it yet, have to season the infrared plates.

Happy Grilling !
