Vacation ~ Beach

Vacation ~ Beach: Last week at the beach our weather was all we could
ask for. In the high 70s and no wind / clouds.

We enjoyed a great show at the Palace Theatre.

Sleeping late and doing just what ever we wanted.

Eating out, shopping and I even bought some
christmas presents.

Saturday it rained all day, but not heavy.
Then the winds started and were hard at times.

All during the night our rv would move to the wind gust
 and it's a heavy unit. Being so big and up high
didn't help matters. We were lucky that hurricane
Sandy did not come ashore.

Made it home safe and now looking forward to
our Thanksgiving camping trip with friends.

Love Saturday's

Love Saturday's: Hope every one is having a great week end!

It's been a nice one here, but still a little cold.

Garry turned on the heat this week to get  the
chill out and we're enjoying the fireplace.
I'm surprised at how well it heats the house.

We had a early dinner and some shopping
at Hobby Lobby. So much Christmas stuff
and I love it. It's hard to control myself and
not keep buying!

Now we're settled in for some race watching.
popcorn and surfing around on the computer.

Vitamin's ~ Energy

Vitamin's ~ Energy:
As many of you know and read on here,
I'm always busy doing something.

At 55 years old, I don't take any type
of vitamins. Only fish oil and something
to help me sleep at night.

For a while now Garry and I have noticed
that my memory is not good at times. And
also some fatigue has been setting in.

One of our Doctors said for me to start taking
vitamin B-12 (5000 mcg) and it would help.
He had started taking it and can see a
change in his memory.

I'm so surprised that in 2 weeks I can really
tell a difference.  My mind is much clearer and no
problems with my memory. Also my energy level
is out of the roof and I have lost 4 lbs.

(Vitamin B12-also known as cobalamin, is needed for the
proper development and functioning of blood cells, nerve cells,
skeletal and cardiac muscle cells; and the brain.)

I've also started taking vitamin D.
My blood work last month showed my
levels are very low, so this has to help. 
I feel so much better, even great!

If you're tried and need a boost, you may
want to look into these vitamins.

Long week end

Long week end: I've been off work since Friday and sure
have enjoyed my 4 days.

It's nice to take vacation days sometimes
and stay home. I would have loved to
be at the beach, if only it was warm.

These mid-50 temps are cold right now.
This winter we will be glad to see it.

So tomorrow it's back to reality and my desk,
which I know is a mess.

Oh well, want to buy new things, have to work.

Bed time early tonight !

Rainey and Cool

Rainey and Cool: Yesterday was beautiful and warm.

This morning around 8am we had a fast storm from
the north and brought cold air in tow.

The high today was 57 and it's been over cast.

Later in the week it will be back up in the high 70s.
Love this weather and the fall colors.
