Strange Man

Strange Man:

Tonight we had dinner with our friends,
Chris, Sherry, Barbara and Sherrill.

After dinner we headed to Matthews for
some Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.

The red hot sign was on  !!!

Since the weather is nice and cool,
we sat out side in front of the building.

The place was busy and a man walks up to our table
wanting to know if we want to hear a funny joke.
He said something about teeth and I glanced over my
shoulder and he was pulling his teeth out.  OMG

I looked away while the others looked at him.
He continued to tell jokes, said "god bless" and walked
inside. We all said lets go and hurried back to the car.
While driving away we saw him coming back
out the door with no doughnuts.

Don't know if he was homeless,
but he sure gave us a bad feeling.

 It's a shame when you have to watch your back
getting those yummy and hot doughnuts !

People are so stranger.

This n' That

This n' That:
Hope every one has been doing well.

We have been doing the same, working and eating.

It's been raining alot and the temps have lowered.
I love the cooler nights and mornings.

Some of the leaves are falling in our yard, so I know
fall is on it's way.

Puddles had a hair cut Sunday, getting ready for some
camping. This time she put the leash behind his front legs
and not the neck. Since we had a problem the last time
with his trachea and it worked great and no problems.

We never camp in August, since it's so hot.
If we have to stay inside, just as soon stay home.
I'm so ready to go, love me some camping!

Sunday I did a little photo shoot.

 Erika (niece) and Dillon are getting married next month.

We had a beautiful setting with ponds in the background.
Then we went to a hunting lodge with another breath taking view.

Storms

Storms:
This week has been a wild one.

We have had  storms all week and
rain on and off during the day.

The winds have been bad and thank goodness no damages.

Lighting has been strong and one night it lasted forever.

Puddles sure hates thunder and has been by our sides.

Hope this week end will be a better one and we can dry out.

Frog Pond

Frog Pond:
Our friends, Janice and Rick have a
fish/frog pond in their back yard.

It was cooler last night and the frogs
were singing and happy.

This was a big boy.

He's smiling at us.
