Thanksgiving / Beach

We have enjoyed our Thanksgiving at the beach.
The weather has been great for us.

Plus, Christmas shopping is finished !

Saturday we had our family Thanksgiving.
I love having every one together!

Jayce was full of himself.
Just look at that darling smile!

Mom had gotten him a noise making gun for his
birthday and she went ahead and give it to him.

Boy did he love it and got upset when he thought
it was not going home with him.

Getting Ready

Puddles appointment with NC State Vet School is Dec. 4th.

If all is good for the cataract surgery he will stay the night, have
surgery the next day and we can pick him up that next day.

He will be wearing a collar, so I wanted him to have a good
hair cut. His ears had gotten real long so they needed a good
cut. They have not been this short, since he was a puppy.

I'm excited that he maybe able to see again.
He's just not doing well with getting around, runs into things
and he's just not a happy fellow.

Got to be Kidding!

Did we skip a month? Is it winter?

The cold weather that has came across the country is
now in North Carolina.

Tomorrow the high will be 39 with  low around 16.

Hoping this storm moves right on out of here. 
We have Thanksgiving camping plans at the beach and
I would love for it to be in the high 60s.

Clearance

No its not shopping for clearance items, it's clearance for surgery.


Puddles blood sugars have been good, so finally we don't have to
be seen weekly. He has also been cleared for the cataract surgery.


It's been tough for him no being able to see, so we're going to have
the surgery done at NC Vet School.


Now trying to get it scheduled on a day that I can drive 3 hrs for
the appointment and take him back in a week for a check.


Atleast he's headed in a good direction with the sugar,
but still hates the shots.
